Give yourself a day in between each time you do this allowing your body to recover properly!
Please ensure your baby can fully support their head or you support it at all times! You can use a weight instead of baby with all or any exercises that baby may not be ready for!
Always best to do abdominals last as your core stabilizes you throughout your other exercises! Tiring out your core first may cause you to have poor form and could result in injury!!
All exercises can be done with weights instead of baby too!
